Air Baltic to launch new nonstop flights to Warsaw and Pskov.
Latvian national airlines airBaltic will launch regular flights to Polish capital Warsaw, and Russian city Pskov.
The first flight Riga - Warsaw will take place on 17th of September, and Riga - Pskov on 1st of September.
Flights from Riga to Warsaw will be offered daily. Passengers will board Fokker 50 aircraft for a flight that will take one hour and 40 minutes. One way ticket price is starting from 26 lats or 37 euro including airport taxes and fees.
Flights from Riga to Pskov will be offered twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Passengers will fly on Fokker 50 aircraft, and the flight will take one hour.The price for the flight will be the same, starting from 26 lats.

T.Taskila emphasizes that new flights via Riga airport allow to get connections to Berlin, Zurich, Venice, Vienna, Simferopol, Kiev, Tashkent etc. As well, thanks to non-stop flight to Pskov a lot of tourists from Western Europe, Scandinavia, Mediterranean Sea region & CIS will get a chance to visit Pskov.
So far during the summer of 2009, airBaltic has added 10 new cities to its list of destinations – Palanga and Kaunas in Lithuania, Tartu in Estonia, Turku in Finland, Linkoping in Sweden, Tromso in Norway, Dushanbe in Tajikistan, Geneva in Switzerland, and now also Warsaw and Pskov.
